Project management
When appointed to a project we form a well resourced and dedicated project team based on the skills required to deliver the solution. The project manager will produce a project plan to be approved by the client at the inception of the project outlining project milestones and critical paths for the timely and successful delivery of the project.
We always produce a comprehensive technical and functional specification at the start of a project for sign off by the client. This document serves to clearly outline our understanding of the project to the client. This document acts as a reference for clients and for us in terms of identifying areas of complexity when drawing up a final version of the project plan and assigning the project team.
Our approach is always to listen and understand our clients requirments fully in the first instance. Once a full appreciation of the objectives has been gained we strive to be consultative and to think about the challenges strategically, technically and creatively.
